Critical Illness
Critical Illness is a company paid benefit that offers financial support to full-time and part-time (20 or more hours per week) employees who become critically ill. This benefit provides coverage for four major illness: heart attack, coronary artery bypass surgery, stroke and cancer.

RRSP Retirement Plan
Employees become eligible to contribute to the RRSP Retirement Plan on the first day of the month after completing three months (90 days) of service. The Company contribution is 25% up to a maximum cap of the Canadian equivalent of $1,500 USD. The Company match is made once per year, after December 31 of each plan year. The employee must be employed by ESI International/Omega Performance on December 31 of the plan year in order to be eligible for the match.
Informa Invest Employee Stock Purchase Plan
Informa Invest gives employees the opportunity to buy shares in the company at a 15% discount on an after-tax basis, allowing individuals to become a share holder of the Informa family of companies, which includes ESI International. Eligible employees must work more than 20 hours per week and more than five months per year, and have completed six months' of continuous service.
Tuition Assistance
ESI International will reimburse full-time employees for tuition expenses up to the Canadian equivalent of $3,500 USD per calendar year. Employees are required to fulfill the grade requirements of either A or B in order to receive reimbursement. Additionally, employees must be employed for a period of 12 months and agree to reimburse ESI International for funds paid should employment be terminated within two years of the last benefit payment.
