Vacation
The first 90 days of employment is an introductory period; once completed, you will see your vacation balance on your paycheck. Full-time employees accrue vacation leave hours for each complete payroll period (24 pay periods annually) based on their years of service with the company. Vacation hours must be used in the year it was accrued; it will not carry over into the New Year.

Personal Holidays
Full-time employees receive six Personal Holidays during the calendar year. For 2010, four personal holidays will be given in January. You will also receive one personal holiday in April and the last one in July. These personal holidays must be taken in whole or half-day segments (4 or 8 hours). New hires will receive pro-rated Personal Holidays on the first day of the month following completion of their 90-day introductory period.
Sick Leave
Regular full-time employees receive five days (40 hours) of paid Sick Leave every January. Sick leave will be prorated for new hires based on their date of hire.
Other Types of Leave
ESI International makes available other paid leave for full-time and part-time (20 hours or more per week) employees, including jury duty and bereavement compensation. With the exception of corporate holidays or as otherwise noted, all full-time employees become eligible to use their accrued leave benefits on the first day of the month following 90 days of continuous service.
