Nancy Nee, PMP, CBAP, CSM, Executive Director of Product Strategy, ESI International, guides clients in the development and implementation of learning programs customized to their specific needs. Her solutions reflect the insight of almost two decades of PM and BA experience in healthcare, information technology, financial services and energy.
A recognized expert in Agile PM and SCRUM, Nancy also brings strong experience in strategic enterprise architecture, project governance, business process analysis, continuous process improvement and automated solutions to her engagements. In addition to customizing learning programs, Nancy counsels senior management though workshops and coaching to help build overall organizational capability and maturity.
As an ESI subject matter expert and globally recognized thought leader, Nancy speaks at professional events worldwide, including Project Management Institute (PMI®) Global Congress and ProjectWorld®/WorldCongress for Business Analysts®. She also serves as an ESI media spokesperson and has authored several professional articles.
Prior to joining ESI, Nancy served as Project Management Office Director for a major financial services organization and business software and hardware organization. She has also held key positions with Allegiance Healthcare, Cerner Corporation and Cardinal Healthcare.
Nancy is an active member of PMI®, the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®) and the ScrumAlliance®. She holds a master’s from DePaul University in Chicago, IL.
