Automatic Data Processing
In 2005, ADP’s NAS PMO launched an advanced learning program to its implementation team with a focus on project management fundamentals. This initial effort proved so successful that in 2006 ADP asked learning partner, ESI International, to assess their broader, existing project management capabilities and chart the long-term course to meet their goals. ESI tailored the assessment to explore specific issues identified by ADP.

ASML
In 2005 ASML decided to assess its project capabilities. The assessment showed that while there was no agreed ASML project management methodology, many engineers applied a range of project management skills and tools to gather requirements, plan and track their projects. In 2006, ASML selected ESI International to help drive and support their project management goals.

Brasil Telecom

GlaxoSmithKline

Henkels & McCoy needed to help increase efficiency internally and develop seamless communication with their many large general contracting partners. With ESI International's eLearning, Henkels & McCoy achieved a standardized, global project management methodology throughout the organization.

Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC) 
PTC’s leaders recognized that as the company had grown from its founding in 1985 — organically and through acquisition— standards for project management had self-developed in regional isolation around the world. This disparate approach to project management was identified as a barrier to maintaining the company’s leadership position. Development of a global project management program encompassing standards, processes and career paths became a key corporate goal. PTC chose ESI International for its understanding of PTC’s business, its global reach and its reputation for outstanding customer service. 

Piedmont Natural Gas
Piedmont Natural Gas implemented a Project Management Center of Excellence (CoE) with the vision of leading the company in transforming business strategy into business results. They chose ESI as their learning partner to build a results-oriented learning program. 

PeopleSoft
In 2000, PeopleSoft realized that to differentiate the company through their employees skills and competencies. To achieve this practices needed to be consistent and showcased through suitable professional certification. They turned to ESI to help them reach their goal of having all project managers within the PeopleSoft UK environment become PMP® certified. 

Siemens
Siemens' switch from selling hardware to selling integrated solutions resulted in complex installation projects and the need for new project management approaches. Siemens selected ESI International to help it tackle this new business challenge. 

Tetra Pak
Believing that effective project management underpins leadership, quality and customer understanding, Tetra Pak partnered with ESI International to build and deliver a globally consistent, instructor led, project management learning and development program. Tetra Pak and ESI have been working together on project management learning programs since 2001.
