A: Please contact our Office of Student Affairs (OfficeofStudentAffairs@esi-intl.com or 888-ESI-4681) and they will verify your eligibility to use the GW credential and provide you with additional information on the credentials.
Q: My employer requires proof that I can use the credential and what it stands for, is there any chance that I can get this in writing?
A: Yes, please fill out our GW Credential Request form or contact our Office of Student Affairs (OfficeofStudentAffairs@esi-intl.com or 888-ESI-4681) and they will be able to assist you.
Q: I saw the information on the GW credential. Will I receive written notification of my eligibility to use it?
A: As students earn their Master’s Certificates they will receive a letter along with the Master’s Certificate explaining their eligibility to use the GW credential. This will also suffice as an explanation when employers or future employers ask what the credential stands for and what the individual did to earn it.

A: No, there is no expiration date. Once you earn it you can use it from that point forward.
Q: Do I have to take only the core classes in order to get this certification?
A: You must meet the criteria for the specific Master’s Certificate you are working towards and meet any additional requirements listed.
Q: Is this credential only available to those individuals that earn a Master’s Certificate from this point forward or is it retroactive?

A: Yes, it can be added to your signature line or business card.
Q: Do I get a pin like the one I get for the CBA?
A: No, there is no pin or any other designation with this credential.
Q: Is this credential industry recognized? And does this mean I am certified by industry standards?
A: No, this is not industry recognized. Rather, it is in recognition of academic achievement.
Q: How is this credential verifiable?
