ACE Information Sheet

ESI International’s core Project Management, core Information Technology Project Management, core Government Contracting and core e-Training courses have been evaluated and recommended for college-level credit hours by the American Council on Education (ACE) College Credit Recommendation Service (CCRS). If you are currently enrolled or are considering enrolling in an undergraduate degree program, you have the opportunity to apply your ESI education towards an academic degree. ACE offers all those who are eligible an official transcript of their ESI courses. The ACE transcript is the official document colleges and universities would use to facilitate the transfer of the credit hours. The ACE transcript also assists those who already posses a college education. By obtaining an ACE transcript, you will be documenting successful completion of curriculum that may be central to your employment or professional certification.

To receive an ACE transcript for the ESI courses you have attended, you must first register at ACE’s registration site at https://www.acenet.edu/transcripts/register/. Once registered, the ACE recommended courses that have been approved for you will be made part of the ACE Online Transcript System.

Throughout the registration process, you will be notified by e-mail whenever one of your requests has been approved or denied. You can also log in at any time to the registration site and view the status of your requests. At the end of the process, using the Online Transcript System you can once again view your complete file, change your address if necessary, and then order your ACE Transcript.

First timers and existing ACE Transcript holders may use this system. First timers can establish their ACE Transcript and existing ACE Transcript students can add additional activities to those already in their accounts. If you are planning to take more than one ACE recommended activity, it's advisable to wait to use the registration site at the conclusion of all that work. This will insure that your ACE Transcript is complete when you request it.

There is no cost for using the ACE Online Registration website. First timers will pay their one-time activation fee at the completion of the approval process for their learning activities. The one-time fee to establish an ACE Transcript is $40, and this includes the first transcript. Subsequent transcripts can be ordered for $10. These fees are paid through the ACE Online Transcript site. To order transcripts, go to the ACE Online Transcript site at https://www.acenet.edu/transcripts/.

If you have any questions or problems with ACE’s online transcript registration service, please e-mail ACE at credit@ace.nche.edu. Help is also available by contacting the ACE Call Center at +1 (202) 939-9434 or ESI’s Office of Student Affairs at +1 (703)558-3042 or toll free at +1 (888) ESI-4681.

Please remember that while ACE has indicated that selected ESI courses merit college-level credit, each college and university makes its own determination of the amount of transfer credit it will accept, based on its specific requirements, including applicability of the subject matter to your area of study.
