This course presents and extends the knowledge of business analysis within project management. Students will examine the role of the business analyst, develop the core knowledge and skills required to analyze and document user requirements and identify how the requirements are managed throughout a project.

- Evaluating the critical role of the business analyst in relation to requirements elicitation and project management
